Who can apply for V12 Retail Finance?
To apply for V12 interest-free finance, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Yourself or your partner is in permanent, paid employment, self-employed, retired and receiving a pension, a working student in part time work or in receipt of disability benefits.
- Have been a resident in the UK for at least 3 years.
- Have a debit or credit card in your name, which is registered to your address.
- Has a bank or building society current account available.
How much can I finance?
The minimum loan value is £400 and the maximum loan value is £15,000.
What are my finance options?
You can choose to finance your order over 6, 10 or 12 months - completely interest free! You will be required to pay a deposit of at least 10%, but you can also choose to pay a higher deposit of up to 50% of the order value, meaning you will have lower monthly payments. For specific calculations, please refer to the 'more info' box on the product page to use the V12 finance calculator.
How do I pay using V12 Finance?
Add your items to the basket and proceed to the checkout as normal. Once you get to the payment stage, select V12 Finance and then complete order. Once your order has been completed, you will be directed to your application to complete.
What happens if my application has been accepted?
If your application has been accepted, the next step is that a member of our team will get in contact within 48 hours to take your deposit payment, of the percentage amount you will have chosen on your V12 application. Once your goods have been delivered by TALOR, your finance payments will commence and be taken via direct debit from V12 Finance.
As soon as your credit agreement is live, you will be able to access the V12 Self-Service Portal. The V12 Self-Service Portal has been developed with functionality that allows you to self-serve your V12 account on any device, at any time of the day. You can change their bank details or payment date, update your personal details, and send the V12 Customer Service Team a secure message, all 24 hours a day. You will receive a link to log into the Portal in your welcome letter or email, the process to register is quick and simple and you can begin managing your account straight away.
If the application is more complex, V12 may decide to refer your application. You are likely to hear a decision within 2 hours. In a small number of cases, it may take longer to carry out additional checks. If V12 require further information they will contact you directly.
What happens if my application has been declined?
If you application has been declined, our team will be in contact with you within 48 hours to see how you wish to proceed with your order. You will have the option to cancel your order, or pay the balance normally. If the order is for a pre-order item, you will still have the option to pay a 25% deposit, with the remaining balance payable before delivery. You can read more about our pre-order terms here.
Please note, we are not able to discuss the outcome or your application, or reasons why you may have been declined with you. Can I pay my balance early?

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately as a preventative measure against fraudulent transactions, your order can only be delivered to the verified address on your credit agreement. Therefore, if you have been approved for finance under a particular address, you cannot change this address or have the furniture delivered elsewhere.
TALOR Garden Furniture Limited is a credit broker and not a lender. Your interest free credit agreement is provided by TALOR on behalf of V12 Retail Finance.
