The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available to purchase again?
Ah! We're sorry that we don't have your product readily available for shipping. As we supply a wide range of products, unfortunately there is no universal answer. If an item is listed as out of stock, it’s usually still in the early stages of production. However, you can leave your email address under the ‘notify me when available’ section on the product page and we will let you know when it’s back!
When will I receive my order?
If you have placed an order for an in stock item, estimated delivery is usually 10-15 working days, however we will always strive to deliver to you as soon as possible. If you have ordered a pre-order item, you can find your estimated delivery time on the product page and your order confirmation. Please note, delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to change.
If you are unsure about a delivery time before placing your order and require the products by a certain date, it's best to give us a call beforehand to avoid disappointment. We always turn products around as fast as we can, but we also do our best to manage expectations! For more information on our delivery process, you can find our T&Cs here.
How can I pay for my order?
If you are ordering a pre-order item, you will have the option to pay a 25% deposit upon ordering, with the remaining balance to be paid before delivery. Alternatively, you can pay in full from the beginning so you don’t have to worry about that balance later on!
All orders for in stock items require a full payment upon ordering.
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards (including AMEX), Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Bank Transfer. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received in full.
How will my delivery be made?
Great question! Delivery for all furniture and larger accessories, is made via a 2-man delivery service. Your order will most likely be delivered by our fantastic partners, Epic Logistics. Once your item has arrived into our courier warehouse, they will be in touch to arrange a delivery slot with you. Offered a slot that doesn’t work for you? No problem! Just let the team at Epic know and you can arrange an alternative time.
Smaller items can be shipped using a different courier, such as DPD or DX.
If you have opted for our VIP delivery service, the team will assemble your furniture and remove all packaging, so we can worry about the recycling, while you start relaxing!

Can I leave my furniture outside all year round?
We are proud to offer an extensive range of luxury, outdoor fabric furniture. Any items from this range can be left outside 365 days a year, uncovered!
The furniture is made using an advanced high-performance foam, which is designed specifically for outdoor cushions and furniture and trusted by luxury yacht makers. The porous open-cell structure of the cushion allows water to drain rapidly and fresh air to circulate freely. After a heavy downpour and in good weather conditions, the furniture is ready to use within the hour - awesome right?
Don’t worry if you haven’t ordered from this range. The frames of our rattan and aluminium furniture are weather resistant too - we just advise that you store the cushions in a cool, dry place when not in use.
